What “transcends and includes”?
What is the path that leads from where we are to sustainable ecosystems?

To me, this song feels like a direct gift from this land to praise this land,
as it is in this moment.
It is a love song for the Midwest, for the Heartland,
(please sing it as such — for and toward this land, to uplift this prayer).

Deep bow to all traditions that sing for and from the earth and modeled how, in particular sending love and gratitude for songs from Africa which this song feels influenced by.
